For over two decades, I've helped individuals and couples in New York City create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

My journey began in social work, where I discovered my passion for helping people on a deeper, more individual level.

This led me to psychotherapy, where I found my true calling in supporting people through relationship challenges and personal growth.

My practice combines the depth of psychodynamic understanding with practical tools for managing life's challenges.

Whether working with couples navigating difficult transitions or individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, I bring both expertise and genuine care to our work together.
