If we both feel it's a good fit, we'll schedule initial consultation sessions to explore your needs more deeply.
-
The first session focuses on understanding your current challenges and goals.
We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and begin developing a plan for working together.
-
After our initial consultation, we'll work together to find a regular time that works for your schedule.
For ongoing clients, we typically schedule at the end of each session.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychoanalyst, I integrate various approaches including psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and hypnotherapy.
This allows us to work with both immediate challenges and deeper patterns that may be influencing your life.
-
I believe lasting change comes through understanding both the conscious and unconscious factors that influence our lives.
The therapeutic space provides an opportunity to explore patterns that may be outside our immediate awareness, ultimately giving you more power to make conscious choices in your life.
-
Confidentiality is a fundamental part of therapy. Your privacy is protected by both professional ethics and law. During our first meeting, we'll review my privacy practices to ensure you have a complete understanding of how your information is protected.

In case of an emergency or crisis situation, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. Therapy sessions are not a substitute for emergency services.
